You can feel the energy right away and it also has helped me with libido. I take two dropper fulls for a serving and let it absorb under my tongue instead of swallowing it. I keep the maca root in the refrigerator. It has a great earthy sweet taste.this product is great for helping with PMS and regulating periods. my last 2 periods were late and i took this and within 2 or 3 days, my period came on. also it helped with my mood swings and other PMS symptoms. finally found something that helps me to not feel crazy anymore. a little expensive for maca but so worth it.Only been using for a couple days, so far so good!
