I also like that it is a blend of the 3 Maca varieties so you receive the benefits of each type of root. Apparently it is (20% Black, 30% Red, 50% yellow).As far as effects, I have only been using the product for 3 days now. Had more energy the first day and feel slightly more motivated. Hopefully will see increased effects after a few weeks of use.I enjoyed this product with making a smoothie, peanut butter almond milk cinnamon and bananas.
